Hemiunu is one of the greatest engineers in ancient Egyptian history, and the mastermind behind the design and construction of the Pyramid of Khufu.

Hemiunu lived during the reign of King Khufu in the Fourth Dynasty (c. 2570 BC) and played a role in the planning and construction of the Great Pyramid of Giza, which still stands today.

Hem-Iunu supervised thousands of workers, and drew up construction plans that ensured the pyramid was built with amazing engineering precision.

the pyramid includes several internal corridors and rooms such as the King's Chamber and the Queen's Chamber, which were designed in an amazing engineering manner.

Hem-Iunu was buried in a huge mastaba near the Great Pyramid, indicating his importance in ancient Egyptian society. Inside his tomb, a sculpture of him was found, showing him in formal clothing reflecting his prestigious position.
